He spent the first part of his career working in Michelin star restaurants, 5 star hotels and running bespoke culinary events. He has since applied his skills in world renowned food retailers leading product development teams to launch some of the nations favourite products. James' creativity, knowledge and passion can help transform your food business through driving product development and food innovation with your teams.

Jon is a Director and Founding partner of ItsFood. Jon is a culinary expert with over 20 years of experience in restaurants, cookery schools, food retail and cutting edge food innovation. He has detailed knowledge of culinary techniques and understanding of emerging ingredients. Jon’s skill in practically applying his knowledge can elevate your products, help you respond with confidence to briefs and bring culinary innovation to your business.
My love for travel and passion for food has allowed me to experience the world in the best way there is. Sitting on a roadside on a brightly coloured plastic chair eating local street food with a cold beer.
